Q: What software do you support?

A: Sky Technology is a certified Microsoft Partner – so we support all of their products, as well as most other software that small businesses use on their network. We also specialize in working with your unique Line of Business (LOB) software that drives your business – such as practice management software for the legal industry, MLS or appraisal software for the real estate industry, or CRM for the sales field.

Q: What hardware do you support?

A: We will support any hardware platform that functions on your network. We will diagnose hardware problems and work with the hardware manufacturer on your behalf in the case of warranty repairs. In the case that a piece of hardware is not under warranty we will assist you with purchasing new hardware or in having a hardware repaired by one of our technicians.
